The living area in the two bedroom apartment

This two bedroom apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard. The apartment has a large open plan living / dining area with a modern bathroom making it ideal for couples and families alike. It also features a Juliet balcony, over-looking Duke Street, with views of the Liverpool skyline and the Metropolitan Cathedral.

The master bedroom has one double bed and built-in wardrobe storage. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with views over Liverpool and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The second bedroom has two single beds. This room also has built-in wardrobe storage.

The living room has a Large LCD TV, DVD and Free-view TV. There is also an iPod dock and iPod loaded with music for guests to enjoy. The dining area has a table and chairs for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would want in a luxury apartment. If you don’t wish to cook there are many excellent restaurants just a few minutes walk away, including Sapporo Teppanyaki, Il Forno, Mayur and Savina, all set within the East Village complex.

Free secure, underground car-parking is also provided for one car.

Introduction

We aim to provide quality accommodation to suit the needs of all guests in our serviced apartments based in Liverpool. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavor to help.

Pre-Arrival

  • There is a bus stop outside the apartment building and a frequent bus service.
  • The main train station, Liverpool Lime Street is 15 minutes walk away or taxis are available at the taxi rank outside the station.
  • There is a local taxi service that has accessible taxis if required. Taxi rank is located at the entrance to China Town on Nelson Street.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

  • On arrival to the property the entry to the car park can be found on Kent Street, as long as this has been pre-booked. Key fob is required to enter and this will be provided on arrival.
  • A car park space is allocated on arrival. No other space can be used otherwise there is a risk of clamping.
  • The car park is underground and surface is level and flat. There is lift access to all floors.
  • We can assist guests with luggage.

Main Entrance & Reception

  • The front entrance to the apartment building is on the ground floor and the surface is flat and even.
  • The front entrance to the apartment building door is always locked, access is obtained using the key fob provided on arrival.
  • A lift is available on the ground floors with access to all floors.
  • Route to the apartment is flat and the front door is accessed with a key provided on arrival. Door widths are 84cm wide.

Laundry

  • Washing Machine / Tumble Dryer available for use in the apartment.

Shop

  • Not available on site. Nearest local shop is L1 news at the junction of Lydia Ann Street and Suffolk Street. This is a five minute walk.
