The following discounts apply to the above rates;

• Stay of 7 nights - 27 nights 15% discount
• Stay of 28 nights - 90 nights 25% discount
• Stay of 28 nights - 90 nights 25% discount

For Corporate and Group enquiries please call +44 (0)151 443 0217. All reservations must be confirmed by credit card. Advance payment is required for all bookings. A deposit of minimum one night’s accommodation will be held against damages and/or breakages

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, a minimum of 14 days advance notice is required to avoid cancellation charges.

N.B. ANY CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF STAY.
