The standard of the apartment was superb. The service you provided was second to none, the arrangements we made for collecting the keys and allowing a late stay was fantastic. Booking was very easy. Value for money was very good as on the date we stayed even the city centre premier lodge was £105 (Advise you check you prices against those of Base, some friends of mine have got an apartment for £20 cheaper, not sure of it's size though compared to yours).

It was ideal for us as the friends we were going out with live at Hudson Gardens which was the main benefit for us; the advantage over staying at a hotel was just the shear homely feeling

Apartment was clean, modern and stylish. It had everything we needed and more. We were all very impressed.

Level of service was excellent; you accommodated both our late arrival and late departure which was much appreciated thank you. All booking and payments were made through the internet and was easy to follow

We found it to be great value for money and the location was also excellent. As there were 4 of us staying it worked out much cheaper than having to book 2 separate rooms in the hotel. It was also much more convenient and comfortable as we had a child with us. The added extras like the games and I-pod were great for keeping him entertained

The booking and payment method was particularly easy and flexible which was important to me as I don't have a lot of spare time! Have contacted the apartment owner to pass on thanks for a great stay, put a positive listing on Trip advisor, and we look forward to coming back. I think that probably says it all!

The quality of the apartment was first class - hotel standard beds and bed linen etc, and excellently appointed - TV, DVD, sound system. . We appreciated the very prompt email communications and tel contact when arranging booking and the tel call whilst en route to ensure we would be met on our arrival! Location was ideal.

This was excellent value for money for a family group of four (incl two teenage boys) and we would always choose this option over two hotel rooms which would cost more and offer less

Apartment was superb. Ideal spot.

Only probs were no extra toilet paper and no oven instructions, but we got over them ok.

Dear Paul and Jane,

I'm so sorry that we had to call you so late on Sunday night to sort out the alarm system but many thanks for your help. As it turned out it wasn't the boys who disturbed the alarm as they were actually in bed at the time and the alarm went off again about half an hour later - no idea what set it off but I just kept entering the code you gave me and it finally settled down.

Anyway it was a great apartment in a great location; clean and comfortable, safe, very well fitted out and perfect for us to stay over in Liverpool for our son's graduation. I only wish we had discovered it earlier but will have no hesitation in recommending it (and you) to friends and colleagues. I hope that the business works out as you as you have a good website with a strong product package, keep it up.

Hi Paul We enjoyed the apartment very much. We thought it was very well equipped and comfortable. My friend was very taken with the couch in particular and was tempted to see if she could fit it in her suitcase..

The location was great in terms of getting around attractions in Liverpool and to transport. One problem was the bathroom extractor fan - it either didn’t work or we didn’t know how to switch it on.

The only suggestion I would make is if there is a guidebook about Liverpool that you could leave in the apartment to supplement the tourist board brochures it would be great. We liked Liverpool very much and would definitely consider staying again if we returned.

Hi Paul. We had a great weekend in Liverpool and the apartment was first class. Everything we needed was there and even down to the DVDs and books made for an enjoyable stay. Love the shower too!! We were more than impressed with the serviced apartment route and would stay again. The concert was great too, hope you enjoyed it also
